Psychotherapy for womenA space to feel heard.
And more like yourself.
When anxiety, past experiences, or the demands of life feel hard to untangle, you don’t have to make sense of it all alone.
Let’s start a conversation ↗ Women’s mental health · Trauma & relationships · Pregnancy & postpartum
You don’t have to hold it allThere is room for you here.
Perhaps you spend a lot of time replaying conversations, caring for everyone else, or wondering why certain experiences still affect you. Maybe motherhood has brought unexpected feelings to the surface. Therapy can be a place to slow down, understand what you’re carrying, and give your own needs more attention.
How I can support you
Support for anxiety, trauma, and life’s transitions.
Understand recurring relationship patterns, make sense of painful experiences, and navigate the emotional changes of pregnancy and motherhood.
01 /Anxiety &
emotional overwhelm
For the overthinking, self-doubt, and pressure to keep everything together. Together, we can make sense of what fuels the worry and work toward a kinder relationship with yourself while building the capacity to handle the tough moments of life.
02 /Trauma &
relationship patterns
Past hurts can show up in your closest relationships—shutting down during disagreements with your spouse or replaying a conversation with a friend, worried you’ve upset her. Together, we can explore the old wounds and patterns behind these moments, at a pace that respects your needs.
03 /Pregnancy, postpartum
& motherhood
For the emotional complexity of becoming or being a mother, including anxiety, identity shifts, birth experiences, infertility, and loss. All of your feelings are welcome.

“A place to bring your whole self and be met with compassion, understanding, and genuine curiosity.”

Beginning therapy
A little more
about working together.
Where do you offer therapy?
I am licensed in Florida and New York and offer telehealth to clients located in those states. Please reach out to discuss current availability and in-person options in South Florida.
What about fees and insurance?
My practice is private pay. Please contact me for current session fees and availability before scheduling.
What can I expect when we begin therapy?
A free consultation. We’ll start with a conversation about what brings you to therapy and the support you’re looking for. You can ask questions about my approach, and we can consider whether working together feels like a good fit.
An initial intake session. If we decide to move forward, our first session will focus on getting to know you—your current concerns, relevant history, and what you hope to gain from therapy. We’ll begin identifying priorities for our work together, with room to share at your own pace.
Ongoing sessions. From there, we’ll agree on a schedule and build on what matters most to you. Sessions may include talking through current challenges, understanding how earlier experiences affect you today, and developing ways to respond to difficult feelings and situations. We’ll check in along the way about how therapy is feeling and adjust our focus as your needs evolve.
